IFF - through its network of various NGOs and government schools conducts regular workshops and youth tournaments to identify talented players from all sections of society. Through its strategic partnership with Teach For India - IFF has conducted various workshops and organized an event for underprivileged kids from over 30 government schools to participate in a day-long football tournament at the IIT Delhi football ground. Through these workshops and tournaments - IFF aims to identify the most talented young players and offer them 100% training scholarship to train with the coaches of Bhaichung Bhutia Football Schools at our centers in and around NCR.

Going forward, IFF will also conduct regular coaches' workshops for the fellows at Teach For India - wherein these fellows will be given the basic training on a regular basis to initiate similar training programs for the kids at their respective schools. These fellows will thereafter help us identify talented players from different parts of the city - who will be enrolled with BBFS under the IFF-BBFS Scholarship Program.
